Ticket Specialist

Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday – Friday with occasional weekend rotation.

Reports to: Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited too):

  • Provide excellent customer service in our lobby, by telephone and email
  • Processing orders
  • Preparing ticket package shipments and checking for accuracy
  • Entering ticket inventory into POS
  • Scanning, uploading, and emailing tickets into various systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or sports related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Must have a passion for sports and music
  • Retail, travel, event or sports experience considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ticket Purchasing Coordinator

Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday – Friday with occasional weekend rotation.

Reports to:Brokerage Department Manager

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited too):

  • Develops purchasing strategy for new or existing ticket inventory
  • Manage and price ticket inventory
  • Entering ticket inventory into POS
  • Track and report current ticket trends and market conditions
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or sports related field
  • Experience with the Secondary Ticket Market is considered a plus
  • 2+ of purchasing experience
  • Proficent in mathmatics
  • Ability to think strategicially and execute accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be available to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
